Hahaha. It seems like you are enjoying this thoroughly and are too involved in this project, a lot more than your four-year old would probably appreciate at the moment. I'd suggest hiring professional photographers and movie makers to record the event completely and keeping all the cards, goodie bags, balloons, plates, etc. as souvenirs so that Solom can see them when he is ten years older, reflect on them for a second, say "Oh really, mom, you did all that?! Gee thanks!" and move on to whatever he is doing at the time.
It is only when he'll be in his thirties or so would he truly have an idea and appreciate what you did.
You're right, damn you. And if you think this is too much involvement, wait till you see what else I did. Pictures and detailed explanations will go up soon! Brace yourself for some SERIOUS craziness.
Fortunately Solom had a great, great time at the party. These events have a much wider impact than just the actual function, btw. I think we put him on the social map early in the school year, which will serve him well in the coming months ;-)
I think Azfar nailed it! Brilliant!
ReplyDeleteHaha! I'm also having a hard time coming up with an equally good one.
Deletehahaha!!!!:D cant stop laughing!!
